Vince knows ratings are bad so hed make something like this up, I mean look at that million dollar mania thing he was trying to get the old fans back into the wwe.. If the WWE is having bad ratings, i would most definitely assume that if they say they'll bring him back, they will. That man was the reason i watched WWF back when he and the Rock were goin at it. He draws crowds and just owns the spotlight. Who knows what hell be doing, but hopefully it'll be more than just being a guest "referee"
