I think he's classed as a legend as mankind? As a response that Vince Mcmahon doesnt pick wrestlers, he does get to oversee it. Recently Macho Man Randy Savage was pulled from a game because of Mcmahon. ALthougth I dont know the details why.
no they will not put in mick foley into future wwe games because they dont have permision by tna theyd have to get permision but unlikely would get it when mick foley retires wwe then have permision tna also have permision to put him in the game so when he retires excpect him to be in both wwe and tna games
Vince doesn't decide who goes on the SVR games. Anyway, he won't be included in the games while he is in TNA. Maybe when he leaves or retires from TNA, he might be included in future WWE games.
