ROFL. There's a man from Russia known as the Last Emperor, Fedor Emelianenko, and he's smaller than your average pro wrestler. He could kill Khali if he wanted to.
There's a former pro wrestler currently competing in MMA called Giant Silva. He's the same height as Khali and weighs over 380 pounds. He once fought a five-foot-ten, 180 pound (about the same weight as Rey Mysterio Jr.), with a meiocre record of 39 wins and 28 losses. Here's a description of how their fight went.
"Minowa dominated the fight, using a forward roll to get past Silva's enormous reach and then landing a single leg takedown that put Silva on his back. Minowa promptly landed multiple knees to the head of Silva, causing the referee to stop the fight at 2:23 of the first round."
This man was not even top ten, and two weightt divisions below heavyweight. The Great Khali is less athletci than his former partner The Giant Silva, and has admitted that he has difficulty WALKING on a daily basis. The Giant Silva has been soundly beaten in every fight he's been in except for two, one against the 500-pound sumo wrestler Akebono. The facts speak for themselves.
Oh, and while we're showing off pictures, here's a pic of a man just as tall as Khali and who actually knows how to fight:

In the UFC specifically, just about anyone would take Khali. Antonio Nogueira would be most likely to submit, Cheick Kongo would be most likely to KO him.
