In Scotland can i get a bursary if i do a city & guilds course at college ?

I am a 21 year old and im going for an interview next week for Auotomotive vehicle servicing & repair level one. (Vocational related qualification) Full Time and its a city & guilds course.
On the college website it states.....If you are taking Highers on a full-time basis or an SQA National Qualification programme, you can apply for a College Bursary/Education Maintenance Allowance (EMA)
What about city & guilds ?
