in general sporting sides in europe pick up talent themselves and train them and nurture them themselves through youth systems. does this happen in america as well or do the uneducated not get to play sports at the top level?

yes you have to have at least three years at college to be picked up in the nfl

its not that they are uneducated. its just that they lack the experience necessary to complete at the pro level. very rarely will a guy off the street make a team. you need the experience from college ball to make it at the pro level..

i think there is a rule that you have to be in college for atleast 2 years before you get drafted but thats for the draft

i guess you could have no college experience but practice with the practice team and move your way up to the starting job if you're that good but that will rarely happen

what about the nfc.
