I'm thinking about studying Nursing at Oxford Brookes University next year, and I'm confused about the accommodation. The cost of the halls are a fixed price, which includes heating & lighting. If it includes lighting, does this mean it includes electricity (for a laptop etc)?
So anyone who has/is studying there, could you help me?
