What is the importance of developing the character of university undergraduates?
Recently, its not by the qualifications alone but character plays a role. why then is it important to groom undergraduates to become graduates who are not lacking in character but vibrant and glowing with good character?

Because they are good characteristics to have in the workplace. People with a good character tend to make better employees, and tend to be more productive.
