I don't understand Stainless Steel specification... please help!?

I have the following specification, but I can't understand it.

-Angle plate
-40 x 40 x 5
-2 ton
-SS400
-Approx 675M (long of one piece >= 3.5m)

What is 40 x 40 x 5? What's 675M? Is this asking for 675m worth of angle bars, with each angle bar at 3.5m? So a total of 192.8 bars (675/3.5)?? If so, what is the 2 ton??
