HELP!! School Prom in One Week, We Need Decorating Help!?

Our School Prom is in one week and our plan had been ruined, so we need to quickly hire furniture; tables and chair, drapes; for the hall, linen; for the tables and some form of food. The DJ and lighting is covered but our budget is £2300... Do you know how to help me?
