Default Help I Don't Understand My Modern Studies Homework (Politics)?

I have a question for my homework and i don't understand whats its asking me to do can you please re-word the question with not big fancy words because i still wont understand.

the question is

Explain how MPs could use the following methods in the house of commons to repredent constituents:

Question time

adjournment debates

debates

committee work

the ten minute rule

it has passeges to read about them but can you please help me under stand what the question is asking me to do

Rather you than me I think , they could ask questions if a constituent has a problem that can't be solved with existing legislation, such as loopholes in benefit rules that stop someone claiming, same goes for debates...if these occur before the passing of a bill, they could join committees which are relevant to their constituents e.g. if the constituents are worried about fluoridation , they could join a committee looking into this. Sorry I can't be more help.
