As an American and a Democrat I can honestly say I couldn't begin to care less about the status of Palin's daughter being pregnant or not. It simply does not hold any relevence to me. I will say this, if Palin were a Democrat well we would never hear the end of it. The Republicans would smear both her and her daughter from here to kingdom come. In fact, if they were Democrats, there would be cracks from idiots like Rush Limbaugh or Dennis Miller about which abortion clinic she was going to use because after all in America the terms abortionist and Democrats go hand in hand. Just ask a Republican. It is all so ignorant really. At the risk of setting myself up for a real good bashing, I thought Bill Clinton was the best President ever. I voted for him twice and would have a 3rd, 4th or 5th time if I could have. He was a very effective leader and the fact that he got a hummer at the white house by an intern is completely irrelevent. It didn't affect his job. What did affect his job was the witch hunting Republican party who made it their business to demean and bring down a President. I find that offensible and something that smacks of treason. I hear the Republicans saying now that "we need to respect their privacy at this time". Okay, I agree we should. But that will be a whole lot more courtesy to Palin and her family than was ever shown to the Clinton family. They targeted Hilary and Chelsie with the same venom they targeted Bill. Democrats will be civil, because we know how to be. Republicans need to sit back, watch and see how it is done.
