Why do some Americans in the politics section presume everyone else is American?

I asked this question and some answers were saying things like typical democrat and why do you live in the US if you hate it etc.. It has happened in quite a few of my questions. i was even called a Hillary supporter and I hate that woman.

So my question is shall non Americans write on every question they post, their nationality, so they don't get accused of being Hillary supporters?
