PHP MySQL, Uploading & Generating thumnails from a picture?

Hi Guys, Am building a website more of a shopping cart. I have an admin page where i am able to add and modify new products for my shop. But i ahve a problem to build a code that will allow me to add several pictures and produce thumnails from the same pics. Any one with an ideal where I can find codes to do this. Or if some one knows how to go about all this.

I will appreciate big time.
