setting up own business? hey folks ive got my gnvq level 2 in plumbing have 17 months work experience and am now considering starting my own business, am i able to do this on my gnvq level 2? what sort of work should i consider doing? how should i advertise? Any advice/help would be much appreciated, thanks

you can set up a business without any qualifications but a good level of experience would be good i would start with small jobs and build up to the big ones don't get above yourself and yes you should advertise on the side of your van or leaflets or an add in the local rag but the best type of advertisement is word of mouth though doing a good job oh and get printed t shirts these look pro it will be harn in the begining you will have to by tools and stuff like insurance and posibly pay an empoley do this on the cis card less hasle well good luck
