no sorry I cannot give you a simple layout - it all depends on the purpose of the business plan.
Some plans are only one page long - others may be several hundred.
Is the plan for startup, for operations, what sort of growth?, is the plan to operate to or to raise finance?

All of these factors will make a big difference as to the format and content.
