The best form is always word of mouth
Before you go ahead on spending your cash to advertise
A: How far are you prepared to travel to a job
B: Be prepared for silly call outs that wast your time
C: Time is money
D: Do you have in place a set call out fee
E: Who is the competition on the area you want to work in
F: People who use yellow pages can't be asked to trough through a lot of company's, they go for the first and nearest they find
G: No matter how much you pay if your add is to fussy people go to the simpler
H: Never run your competition down to try and get business
To be honest save some cash, get a leaflet together make it simple
Say you are local, put all phone numbers and email on it, always make sure someone will pick up the phone, or they go elsewhere.
Say you give a discount for fist call out, you don't have to but it helps
Remember it takes time for a business to grow, so keep your costs as low as you can
Give a great service with a smile, and your bound to get a cuppa
