Is there a trade union for telephonists?

I know for a fact there is a trade union for many professions, such as engineering, repair men, teachers etc etc, but i was wondering if there was a work union for Telephonists?

You know, the person who orders your taxi for you, the person who works at your banks telephone banking service or even the guy who answers the phone when you call your doctors.
