What business could I start involved with Domestic Homes?

Hi,

Just after some quick advice and suggestions, really.

I'm thinking about changing my career and going self-employed. I enjoy working with my hands and traveling (driving). I'm thinking about potential services I could offer homeowners/tenants/landlords in regards to domestic homes.

All my experience is in Networking/Systems Engineering.

Any advice/suggestions greatly welcomed.

a friend from work's other half does cleaning. he specialises in carpet cleaning and also does oven cleaning and other domestic cleaning.
he makes good money too.
