Nokia N95 8GB - Please read & try to help me, i'm quite upset by this?

I know it's just a phone but i'm worried i've really really messed it up

it keeps saying

'Memory full. Please delete some data from the phone.'
Or something like that

so i now have 121 free MB on ma phone
and it's telling me now that again

121 MB is more than enough free space so i don't get why my phone is telling me this

and i know phone and memory is different places to store files and stuff but when i check on the computer there's next to nothing on phone memory anyway!!!!


oh and also phone tells me "Not enough memory to complete this operation" when i open most things on my phone.
