How do i burn Films ive ripped from DVD to my Nokia N95 8G?

I'm not the best when it comes to ripping and burning so a little advise would really help!!! When i go to rip a film a load of files come up and i have no clue which is the film or if i'm trying to rip a series DVD eg the simpsons!!!!! what do i do??

Nero will do it, you need to save them as mpeg4 for the phone and make the size small. This says it is for ipod but it would be the same for the N95.
