How do you transfer 'contacts' on phone memory from NOKIA 6230 to 6500.

OK with "Sim card" transfer. ? just acquired Nokia 6500 and have transferred by Blue tooth process 'Sim Card' contacts to the new mobile phone but I am struggling to transfer my contacts saved on 'Phone' memory to Nokia 6500. please advise

Y not copy the contacts from the phone to the sim memory and transfer from there??
