let them say their piece to a tv crew so everyone knows what they said and how they said it. If David Payne thinks that they have committed libel then everyone knows at which base we are all starting from.
Simplest way will be for press to keep publishing this stuff and then see if any of the protagonists actually are prepared to go to court and sue for libel. If they don't, well..................?????

Well like most things in this sordid case it has been very conveniently not mentioned. There going to be a lot more questions about this case and they will keep on coming until the truth is revealed.
