whos logged on my network?? very slow net.?

hi, I have aol broadband which has allways been okay but in the last few months the nets become VERY slow. I have run spyware,malare, virus scans on all laptops and comps and nothing!! i have a pc and two laptops! (that are on most of the time normally browsing the web (no music or p2p downloads) and it goes SO slow!! when watching videos off youtube or yahoo u have to wait for them fully to load otherwise you have to watch 3-4 seconds at a time and then wait 30seconds for the next few seconds to load. Does any one know of ANY programs i can use to see whos on my network? i am using a secure wireless network but im worried some ones loggin on and using the net!! its pretty slow all day but odd times worse than others can any one suggest anything?? i have used multiple spyware scans but the only thing that gets found is minor stuff and nets still slow! thanks for ur help

It doesn't have to be necessarily someone using your internet I had the same problem a while ago. I updated the firmware on the router and changed the password and it works great again (even though there was no sign of someone using it). Turn off SSID broadcasting also you can use MAC filtering if it is someone using your connection http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MAC_filtering. Also don't use WEP for password encryption
