Supanet Lock My Connection During Peak Hours So i cant serve the net?
OK My broadband is locked and wont work at all come 4pm till 1 am just phoned them and was told that they now have a Fair usage policy and that i have gone over 30GB even tho it says i have unlimited broadband with them but what ever that's fine but are they allowed to just bann me during peak hours like they have come 4pm i cant use the Internet at all and have been told that's because they lock my connection surly i should still be allowed to use it during peak hours but they said no is this allowed??? and if not what should i do?, and if it is allowed why is it?
