Where on the net can you find free filming locations and cast?

I have ideas for horror films but need the right setting and some actors/actresses who will be willing to work for free - the incentive being self promotion.

There should be a film commision where you live. Like www,marlandfilm.org. They usually let you post for free and post what you want. People will send you head shots and locations are easy just ride around and pick them out then ask the people who own them. Most are very receptitive. Something to do with Hollywood ...sure....
