Which way to travel? Travel agents or risk it on the net booking?
I'm planning to book a long haul trip but am a bit fazed bu hearing that some travel companies may go bankrupt after LX did last week!
Would you still book a trip with a reputable company on the high street or would you still risk it on line?
On line is usually much cheaper I find. I think there is very little or no risk with booking on line ,especially if you book with popular sights such as expedia or others
Why add an extra layer of risk and cost? Travel agents go bust more frequently than airlines. Find someone who flies where you want to go and when you want to go and book on-line. Pay with your credit card (even if they charge and extra 2 - 5%) Then you can claim from the credit card if the airline goes bust.
