What could this mean for the average downloader?
I'm surprised that ISP's signed the deal... An estimated 75% of their customers buy broadband for the sole purpose of downloading illegally.
Perhaps this isn't as big as it is made out and only an attempt to scare people into being legitimate?
Lets gets some ideas flowing!
