Where do you download Symbian OS?

i want to know where to download a symbian os (legal or illegal) please can anyone tell me
any way of downloading would be fine, also any size (legally or illegally)
i have it onj my phone but i want to update the os as there are newer versions

Do you have a Symbian phone? It should have been pre-loaded with the OS anyway - why do you want a copy?
