i just bought a creative zen v plus but im having problems?

my computer recognises the mp3 player but the creative progam doesnt i cant use my media player because its transferring the songs alrite but then i cant find the songs in my mp3 player!! i've download all the plugins from creative's website and its still not workin ne one know wot i can do???
ya i left it charge for 6 hrs

Did you let it fully charge for 4 t 6 hours until full when you first got it?

check if you have xp. still if it dosent work, try installing the cd again and still if it dosent work buy another USB cable and still... go and give it ti the person who bought from... if its not your prob. thy can exchange it... provided you give the bill...
