Mobile phone software?

I was wondering if anybody could help me.
I have just bought a new Mobile phone "ZTC tv200". But when I try to install it my computer won't pick up on it. There was no software with it when it came and I was wondering if any body else had the same problem and how they overcame it. I am able to use bluetooth but it is very slow to download MP3s.
I thought their might be some software out there if anyone knew of it.
