I have a bluetooth headset which Iv'e paired with my laptop but cannot get it to...

...work with skype? There are no settings in conrol panel or skypes settings that mention my headset and i know that it has paired correctly to my laptop which has built in bluetooth. the only microphone it shows is the (sigma Tel High definition audio codec) thats built into my laptop?
