On windows vista, some desktop pictures are saved on the computer when you buy it...?

...and there is one I really like, a sunset/sunrise over a city, the lights are all blurred in the city and there is a pinky orange sky and a mountain on the right. Does anyone know where this is? Thank you
SORRY that really wasn't clear. I mean, where in the world is the photo taken? i.e. London, New York...

I'm not that familiar with Vista, but try:

Right Click on Desktop -> Personalize -> *Desktop*

I'm unsure about the desktop tab, however, it should be somewhere in the personalize window that pops up.
