Webcam and headset work with windows xp?

I want to get this webcam with headset for xmas the make is medion
the only thing is will it work with a windows xp proffesional!

yeah most of the webcams are plug and play..u just connect it to ur pc and they will work..
if they dont then u will get a driver cd along with ur webcam..just install the webcam software and drivers from the cd..
the microphones dont require any drivers..just plug them in in properly

Yes it will work, but some webcams need drivers which come with the webcam. Hope this was of help!
