How do you turn off the Filter Keys in Windows XP Pro without having to restart

the computer? I accidently held down shift for 8 seconds and turned on the filter keys. Then when I typed all the text was in capitals. I held shift down for another 8 seconds but the text still remained in capitals. The only way to fix the problem was to restart. Is there any way to turn off filter keys without restarting?

Err... just dont hold shift for that long, maybe?
