I used 2 windows system in my pc, XP and Microsoft server 2003, but now i can

log on windows server...? InOS menu there appear XP but microsoft server 2003 too, but when i click in Microsoft Server 2003. I cant log in,it just reboot again.I tried in safe mode too, but it's same.
I scanned my pc for any virus, or spyware , but its cleaned.The registers are good too. Whats the problem?
