Can I dual boot Windows Vista on the same laptop?

I'm not looking to put Windows XP on the laptop. I want 2 copies of Windows Vista and to be able to choose which one on startup. I have a Russian version currently installed and I want to put an English one on too... Any help is much appreciated.
