Epson Stylus Color 600 now not working with Windows XP. Have installed drivers...

...but can install operating disk? I was able to install the printer in March when I got my new computer - which crashed totally. I reinstalled operating disk but now cannot install my printer. I have the drivers but just cannot install the software. I have been in touch with Epson.
