Okays, How can I reset 'Windows Vista - Packard Bell EasyNote' to factory settings..?

I need some help..

I bought my laptop August 2007 and now its come to the point where my PCs slow as hell and I dont a system restore last night as it was slow and now lots of programs including - Mozilla Firefox and Windows Mail - has stopped working for some reason..

I wanna reset my computer to how it came, however I got no CD with my computer at the time I got it, can anyone advise me or anything??

If no CD came with your computer, you were supposed to create the recovery cds when you first got it, that is what I had to do for my sisters computer. Click start, all program system recovery. There you will have the option to create the cds or restore the computer back to factory settings. All data will be lost, so backup what is important.
