Windows Vista, My screen turns blank while using battery
Lately, I have been noticing a problem. It turns blank when i use on battery, So I have to click on a mouse or a key in order to get the screen back. I am not sure if this is the battery issue or what. Is anybody familiar with this issue. Any help would be appreciated. thank
Sorry i havent got an answer for you but i have been having the same problem. Laptop works fine when using power cable to it. Hope you get it sorted soon, its irritating i know.
Check your laptop power management options ( download updates for Vista power management ) , usually while laptop on battery power it cuts power output to monitor in order to save energy .
yes your screen saver is set to 1 min prob just right click anywhere on the desktop and click properies and go to screensaver adjust it to 10 min or so
