Windows is also linux based...but has been so heavily modified that it can no longer be considered as such...

Linux for me, currently using Ubuntu 8.04 although I had been using PCLinux for a year before that ,and have dabbled with various other Linux distros for the past four years,it just works for me.:0)

Linux's i'd have to say.
Its such more modern and easy to use.
I've had both and thats just what i think.
It takes time to get used to but its awsome.
