Default brother in law is a thief and a liar?

me and my boyf have are both 22 we have just bought a house together and we rent a room out to his 20 year old brother for £250 a month, over time money keeps going missing and then a brand ds, food, my little girls easter eggs we know it can only be him and when my boyf confronts him he either lies or ignores him i sooooo want to kick him out but with the house, a child and one on the way to pay for we cant really manage without the money, i really dont know what to do, a few weeks ago we found bottles of wee under his bed, we dont no what to do we tried telling his mum but she does not seem to care any suggestions on how to sort him out thanks

your boyfriend must deal with this-he obviously cannot stay-destructive influence on your lives.Give him some notice-say 2 weeks,he wont be homeless ,he can stay with his mum.You will find another lodger-get a nurse or something like that-someone who isnt a clubbing type of person-maybe a student ?Just be very thorough in checking them out.
You could have foreign students in the summer,just dont have the very young ones-too much supervision needed.
dont bother giving him another chance-it'll just drag the problem out.-I have had lots of lodgers so I know that if they are like him they are unlikely to change.

i think you both should sit down with him and tell him that its not working out and that he needs to leave. that with a baby on the way and the child you have now you don't want your children around that..

chuck him out wait for him to go out and stick all his stuff in bin bags and dump em outside
the money may help but you dont need the hassle

Tell him if he doesn't sort him self out you will kick him out and advertise the room for someone else to rent. If he doesn't change his behaviour then tell him to leave and advertise the room for someone else.
