Default In an ideal (not current) law, should re-offender women who have had an...

...abortion be locked in jail?
KC:

A fetal surgery is performed to provide health and life to a sick fetal pediatric patient

An abortion is performed to give death and disease to a healthy fetal pediatric patient
tres:

I am referring to elective abortions, but if she was raped once, her mind should be enoghly hard to support a pregnancy is she is raped newly
servant:

Pro lifers use to say that abortionist women need "love, not punishment", but whan about cynical re-offenders?
Peter:

If an extrauterine, born, person is killed, the killer is judged in this world.

Why should not be judged also a person who has killed an unborn, intrauterine baby?

Do you believe that intrauterine children are "second class citizens"?
iceprync:

A murder is not a private live issue, as anal sex is

An intrauterine baby is not an anus, but a person
Harold:

In the first time, they would be recorded and subject to an educational program
Glee:

Only an schizophrenic person may compare sperma to intrauterine children
jm1970:

In North Europe, women have lots of social aids, but feminist violence against babies continues. Punishment is necessary
hansome:

If she falls on a baby, she should be punished to force her to be careful

Do yo remember the punishment to Paris Hilton?
Birchall:

Premeditation is an aggravant circumstance of a crime

Abortion is not against the law and in this country you cannot be "locked in jail" unless you are found guilty of an actual crime against the law....yet...

In an ideal world women would not seek abortions because they would A. have access to and take personal responsibility for birth control and B. would have resources to care for their children or safe adoption alternatives.

If a young woman fell over in the street, would you kick her in the face?

lol you want to punish women for being able to control what happens to her body. ive had 2 abortions. Its cruel to force a woman to go through something so horrendous as child birth and its cruel to make a child be born to a woman who doesnt want it. Ive been raped twice and i had two abortions. im a terrible person

No.

But maybe people who try to impose their simple-minded ideologies on everyone in the free world should be locked in jail.
