Laws for UK bouncers?
Who regulates UK Bouncers? My friend and i just had a hairy experience and wonder who we complain to (if anyone) Am i correct that these days bouncers have to behave in a certain way?
I bought a drink for us both which was expensive, 1 minute later the bouncer told us we had to leave as it was closing time. I asked if we could have 5 more minutes as we had just bought our drink and they are meant to give 20 minutes before throwing out time. He grabbed our drinks, threw them against the wall and started screaming at us to leave. He was very aggresive and we were really scared but luckily he then became distracted by something else and turned his back on us. Other staff came over and also asked us to leave (because they assumed we had wound him up). We asked if we could leave via the back door as we were frightened, they obliged and murmured amongst themselves as though this was normal behaviour for this guy.
Who do we complain to?
