american working hour law?

my friend in oklahama has 2 jobs and im concerned. whats the legal american working hours for a week??

An adult can work as many hours as they wish, so I guess 24 hours a day would be the limit. A child (under 18) has limits.

I don't believe there is a law that prevents you from working as much as you want. There is a law however, to prevent bosses from working you more than 40 hours without you agreeing to it. So, with 2 jobs, he can voluntarily tell his bosses that hey, give me 50 hours each and if his bosses can afford the overtime, then it is what it is. Luckily as human beings, we don't run on gas, we run on rest and sleep and food, these bosses will see that you're tired and burnt out and not being as productive, they're not likely to give you as many hours. Which will be good for your friend as well, because it'll be only a matter of time before he or she will BOOM!!! CRASH!!!! and then everything else in life spins out of control, such as bills, cleanliness, kids homework, etc.

I work 50 hours a week 5 am to 3 pm and then im ready to go home
