Default What's the law on Children under 16 early morning fishing as around 4:00am

my son is 11 years of age. He likes to go out to public lakes with friends early is there a legal time limit that he's not allowed out in the mornings?

What kind of parent allows a 11 yo out fishing at 4:30 am? Does he have a fishing permit? Was he inside or outside City limits? Local ordinances do not apply out City limits.

in the UK you need a fishing license. You may also have to check with the owner of the lake if it is a private fishing lake.
Otherwise i dont think there are any laws against it.

Many cities have a curfew, but I would expect them to show some discretion as long as his is out for a legitimate reason, and you know where he is.

Call your local police department to be sure.

Possibly, but it will depend ENTIRELY on the laws of your unknown country and/or State or local jurisdiction.

This would fall under your local curfew laws. Check on those to see if it is legal for him to be out without parents that early.
