Serving alcohol in bars.licencing laws
Should a pint of bitter chandy for instance, be served in two seperate half pint glasses and charged accordingly,so the licencee is not seen to be watering down the alcohol.(you get the gist of where im talking about)

No because a pint of shandy is not subject to weights and measures same as lemondade tops etc
