Import laws regarding Paint ball markers

I know that most paintball markers do not look gun-like and are no problem to import. Paintball pistols on the other hand are a different matter, some of them look quite realistic:

Are markers that look enough like firearms Illegal to import or use at a paintball field? ( I know you shouldn't brandish these things in a public place I'm not completely dumb)

if they look like guns, they need to have a clearly un-gunlike colour attached to them.
