If you're talking about attraction between humans, there is no 'law' of reciprocation. The only mechanisms are those deep biological ones and the cultural ones we have developed.

whether its good or bad.
normally you'll get a little more than you gave that is the way it is
the law of attraction is not what they make it out to be
gravity works on all things big and small
sometimes it brings things together sometimes pushings things apart sometimes they just stay close and circle around each other for what seems like forever.
