Irish Law Question?

My mother is an Irish citizen, and I'm a yank. The question is if it is possible for my mother to start a business/corporation in Ireland, an then later transfer it to me. And if by doing this, would I have any more rights to reside in Ireland? Note: I am not eligible for citizenship from birth because my mother registered herself in the Foreign Births Registry, after my birth.

Were you born in Ireland or the USA, if you were born on the island of Ireland you have a right to citizenship. this loophole has recently been closed because loads of pregnant africans came over and dropped their babies in ireland to get citizenship, but you were peobably born long enough ago to still be covered
