...UK with me and my children.? She has been refused a settlement visa to the UK. I am a single parent of 3 children, 2 of whom are disabled. I am not working as I am their carer. Also I have no savings. She is working but has no savings also. Can anyone tell me if I need to find a job to satisfy the visa requirements. It is not like I am sitting on my behind all day wasting the tax payers money. I'm a carer to my disabled sons, and is not practicle to be working. If anyone knows of any advice websites please post them.I know that even when we marry, she will still have the same issues of savings etc.

In order for your fiance to be offered a settlement visa he will need to prove that you and he can support him without any help from the government. This includes any kind of monetary support or housing.
